    黑鮪魚 行

    今天    終於在一切順利的狀況下    跑向了東港
    一路上    都是大風大雨的    開起車來    也備感壓力
    12:03   終於順利的到達了要品嘗黑鮪魚的店
    黑鮪魚之屋    (地方很好找,就在沿海路上)
    這次    點了7道菜   (有兩道是重複的)
    黑鮪魚上腹   處女蟳   陶板黑鮪魚   黑鮪魚丁骨
    極品龍骨髓   黑鮪魚魚唇   黑鮪魚上腹   
    (相簿裡面有照片)
    為什麼上腹要吃兩次呢
    因為   這次都沒有叫主食   所以只有吃前面五道
    並無法有飽足感
    上腹跟處女蟳   不用我說  
    大家都應該知道他的美味吧
    而新嘗試的魚唇    說起來很不簡單
    魚唇的前段是又脆又有嚼勁的膠質部位
    而後面   有類似牛肉的肉質口感
    由於是冷盤的方式料理
    吃起來就感覺很新鮮
     
    一年一次的黑鮪魚宴  
    真的很能讓人期待
    期待明年的黑鮪魚
    東港    等我吧!!
