    天母盛鑫食堂

    星期天中午,閒來無事,
    約了妹子與老婆上餐館吃飯!!
    原本是要去王品回味一下的,
    沒想到,連上了兩家王品,都碰了釘子......
    左思右想的....想到去年聖誕節,
    經由老婆介紹的台中"天母盛鑫",在那度過了一次聖誕節後.
    對於那,念念不忘!!
    於是,立訂了目標,不顧一切的往目的地前進!!!
     
    真是Lucky!!!有很好停的車位!!!!
    更Lucky的事,是餐廳沒有客滿~~~
    對我們來說,真是沒有比這更好的消息了~~~
     
    可能是很久沒有去了,
    這次去的菜單與先前的不太一樣!!
    沒關係,我們這次有三個人,
    可以點三種菜來嚐看看!!
     
    我點了5分熟肋眼牛排~
    老婆點了紅酒燉牛肉~
    老妹點了德國豬腳~
     
    先由我的來說好了,
    肉質的部份,很鮮嫩,
    但是....油脂太多了,感覺好像沒有選過的!
    太油了
     
    再來是老婆的燉牛肉,
    味道還不錯,是因為有用紅酒醃製過的關係吧!
    醬汁也很不錯!
    只不過,份量太少了~
    如果有飯可以配,那應該就會更完美了
     
    而老妹的德國豬腳呢!
    我只能說......還是以前在洋蔥吃的比較好!
    德國豬腳呢,要內嫩外酥,不油膩!!
    沒想到,天母盛鑫這一點都沒有注意到~~
    吃完之後,只有讓人感覺到油膩!!
     
    有此可知......
    又一間餐廳列入黑名單了.......
    希望他們以後能多加點油!!!!!!
    畢竟,法式料理也是需要用心才能做的好吃的!!
     
    PS.如果有去吃的話,請注意MENU下面的那一句話

    反而錯過一般 plasta套餐
    挺遺憾的
    好在.. 美味 慢慢探索
